The Hunting & Grandmother knife, Combo brings together two distinctly different Roselli knives in one practical setup. The Hunting knife provides the blade length needed for larger tasks, while the compact Grandmother knife gives you greater control when precision matters most.
The Hunting knife was originally developed for moose hunters in Finland. Its 100 mm blade is well suited to processing larger game such as moose, wild boar and deer, with a blade profile designed for controlled and efficient skinning.
The Grandmother knife is a small and highly versatile outdoor knife. Its compact 55 mm blade allows you to work close to the cutting edge with excellent control, making it ideal for smaller and more detailed cutting tasks around camp and in the outdoors.
Both blades are made from Premium Carbon Steel, hardened to around 60 HRC. This provides a practical balance of sharpness, edge retention, durability and ease of sharpening, making the knives reliable working tools for hunting and outdoor use.
The handles are crafted from Finnish curly birch and treated with linseed oil for a comfortable and secure grip, even when wet. Both knives are carried together in a handcrafted sheath made from light, vegetable-tanned Finnish leather. This gives you two very different blade sizes in one compact setup, ready for everything from larger game processing to smaller precision work.
Each knife is crafted, sharpened and finished by hand in Harmoinen, Finland. Natural variations in the curly birch mean that every set has its own individual appearance.
