Featuring a 15.5 cm blade made from Roselli’s signature UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel, this knife offers exceptional sharpness and durability, allowing you to effortlessly cut through tough meats, tendons, and sinew. The precise blade is ideal for deboning and trimming, making it indispensable for hunters, chefs, and home butchers alike.

The knife’s silicone handle is designed for a hygienic, secure, and comfortable grip, even in wet conditions, ensuring optimal safety and control during use. Its ergonomic design enables comfortable cutting for extended periods, while the Ultra High Carbon blade maintains its sharp edge with minimal upkeep. Additionally, the knife comes with a handmade leather sheath for safe transportation and storage.

The UHC steel gives you an extremely sharp knife that keeps its sharpness for a very long time – keep in mind that the hard UHC steel is not suitable for penetrating bones or other hard materials.

  • Hunting & Carpenter knife!

    Both knives have character, one with a blade that is super sharp and "lives" just like the birch handle itself; here you can see the work of a blacksmith, the effort and the time, that's just great. As great as the new CPM steels are, a carbon blade with 60 HRC is simply better (I maintain all my knives anyway) and nothing happens with a bit of oil.

    The Carpenter is the best small bushcraft knife I ever had. Beautiful, comfortable, light as a feather, has a very good edge geometry and factory sharpness, and keeps that edge for a long-long time. And when it's time to strop, it takes no time to get that scary edge back. My other purchase was the Hunter. The handle is a bit too big for my hand, but I love the bladeshape very much. I can definitely see why it is such a popular knife! I will probably buy a blade and make my own handle to fit me better. I will definitely get a Carving Knife and a Roselli Axe too!

Our products are made from the finest natural materials and raw materials that follow the highest ethical standards. High-quality carbon steel, Finnish curly birch and Finnish natural tanned leather form the basis of all our products. Our locally produced, organic and ethical leather comes from free animals and has been vegetable tanned where only organic material is used instead of destructive chemicals.
